Besides its unique feature as a boutique hotel, Mehmet Ali Ağa Mansion’s Elaki Restaurant also offers its guests a bouquet of the finest and most sophisticated taste selections from Ottoman and Mediterranean cuisines. Set in historical and very pleasurable surroundings, the restaurant’s menu is a compilation of some of the most delicious local and traditional dishes prepared with a contemporary flair, a list of unforgettable dishes to please those with discriminating palates and those who savor new and delicious eating experiences.
Lunch and evening meals are based primarily on organic vegetables grow in the mansion’s own gardens and extra virgin oil pressed from the mansion’s olives.
