Elaki Restaurant offers Mediterranean Cuisine with an Ottoman touch and with seasonal approach to specialties. The Chef gets his inspiration from what is available locally; fresh fish and sea-food are vital! The fabulous food served in Restaurant Elaki is, for many of our guests in itself excellent reason to re-visit the Mansion.
